An estimated £40k has been raised by Subu Connect Limited, a Stockport-based developer of a B2B food marketplace. This investment brings the business's estimated post-money valuation to £2.1m.

Founded in 2023, the firm operates within the web portals sector. The platform functions as a digital channel for sourcing and trade, targeting food industry brands and purchasing organisations. By connecting verified food suppliers directly with buyers, the service aims to streamline global food sourcing and procurement processes.

The current raise follows a larger funding total of £160k recorded in 2025. According to its latest accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, the company operates with a headcount of one employee (allotted in February and filed in August).
