An estimated £1.1m seed round has been secured by Spot-technologies Limited, a London-based private firm incorporated in 2023. The company, registered under number 14628478, focuses on the development of ready-made interactive leisure and entertainment software. Its technical operations also include the creation of business and domestic applications, data processing, hosting, and related activities.

This capital represents the total funding raised by the venture throughout 2026. The allotment of shares took place in July, with the corresponding documentation filed during August. The firm also operates several web portals.

Financial records for the year ending 31 December 2025 indicate that the business was managed by a single employee at that time. In July, the company appointed Francisco Machado Pinto Machado Costa to its board of directors. LinkedIn profiles suggest he may be an investment associate at CVC DIF, although this link is unverified.
