Socrates Holdings secures £128.4k for Web3 social media platform

New capital totaling £128.4k has been raised by Socrates Holdings Limited at an estimated post-money valuation of £1.3m. The work involves producing interactive leisure and entertainment software, including computer games design and the building of databases for electronic assets.

The core product is a global Web3 social media platform that integrates Social-Fi and Game-Fi elements. Users earn rewards by participating in multiple-choice Q&As, debating, and sharing knowledge within an incentivized ecosystem. By utilizing decentralized blockchain technology, the system provides a space for collective thinking that prioritizes transparency and privacy while reducing digital spam.

An interface created to provide an overview of individual opinions and circulate high-quality content helps encourage freedom of speech. Incorporated in June 2023, the London-based operation currently employs 89 people. Marc Dixon was appointed as a director in September 2026.
