Poole-based Shrap Holdings Ltd secures £500k funding round

An estimated £500k funding round has been completed by Shrap Holdings Ltd, a technology-focused financial services firm. This latest investment brings the Poole-based company to an estimated post-money valuation of £10.3m.

Incorporated in 2019, the business specializes in the delivery of digital products and innovation solutions, alongside providing consultancy services to its corporate and business clients. It operates within the business and domestic software development sector to provide these technical offerings.

Financial records for the year ended 31 May 2025 show the company maintained a headcount of one employee. The current capital injection follows a total of £701k secured throughout the prior year. Formal documentation for the recent allotment was filed in August 2026.
