Prova Risk raises £250k for terrorism compliance platform

Helping businesses and other entities navigate Martyn’s Law, Teddington-based Prova Risk Ltd has secured an estimated £250k in new funding. The business provides a digital platform for guided, scalable terrorism-risk assessments and ongoing security-threat management to ensure compliance with health-and-safety requirements.
Founded in 2022, the startup utilises expertise from former intelligence, special forces, and military professionals with real-world experience. The product features an online self-assessment tool intended to provide directors and owners with legal protection and peace of mind regarding their security obligations.
This latest round follows a total of £136k raised during 2025. Financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 reported a headcount of one employee, though the firm’s LinkedIn profile currently lists four staff members. Documentation for the current round was filed in August 2026.
