Project Xxl Holdings Ltd completes new round
Published
A capital injection of £400k has been secured by the Guildford-based firm. This brings the business to an estimated post-money valuation of £4.9m.
The transaction follows the first year of operation for the entity, which was incorporated in August 2025. It functions as a holding company, managing equity in subsidiaries and engaging in activities not elsewhere classified within standard corporate categories. This structure allows for the ownership of various assets while the parent organization refrains from conducting direct commercial trading or operational activities. The company primarily serves as a top-level corporate vehicle for managing diverse interests. This classification typically includes groups that do not provide additional services to the ventures in which they hold capital, focusing instead on financial oversight.
The funding was finalised through a share allotment (August 2026).
