Praxic Limited secures £9.7m investment

An estimated £9.7m has been raised by Altrincham-based Praxic Limited. The company focuses on business and domestic software development, providing services such as systems analysis, maintenance and support, and programming for ready-made applications. Its work also encompasses the creation of custom builds.

The firm was incorporated in June, which is the same month Timothy Royston Sadler was appointed as a director. Sadler is potentially the co-founder and former CEO of Tessian, a company acquired by Proofpoint, and LinkedIn data suggests he is an active angel investor.

Official documentation for this seed round was filed in August (following a share allotment date earlier that month).
