Glasgow-based Poetry HR raises £213.9k for recruitment enablement platform

A £213.9k funding round has been secured by Poetry HR Ltd, a Glasgow-based developer of hiring enablement software. This investment values the company at an estimated £2.2m.

Founded in 2023, the startup provides a workspace that unifies recruitment marketing, operations, and learning toolsets into a single AI-driven platform. The technology helps talent acquisition teams and recruitment process outsourcing partners automate non-recruiting tasks, such as generating job adverts and interview guides, to save recruiters up to 25% of their daily time.

The business reported three employees in its accounts for the year ended 31 August 2025, while its LinkedIn profile currently indicates a headcount of 10. Its software suite features a marketplace of 140 hiring technology tiles, a Chrome extension for use with existing ATS and CRM platforms, and support for more than 185 languages.

The capital was allotted in January 2026, with formal documentation filed in September.
