Philanthrify secures new funding for charity transparency and SaaS platform

An estimated £51.3k has been raised by Philanthrify Ltd to further develop its impact transparency platform for the charitable sector. This latest investment brings the Harpenden-based software developer to an estimated post-money valuation of £2.1m.

Founded in 2023, the company provides a dashboard that offers real-time project tracking and donor-reporting tools. Its technology utilizes AI-generated impact summaries and blockchain badge issuance to verify project outcomes and enhance trustworthiness for potential funders.

The business also provides software-as-a-service solutions to assist smaller charities with website design, marketing campaigns, and grant applications. Additionally, the firm develops digital infrastructure for governments and international aid programs.

Financial filings for the year ended 30 June 2025 indicate that the company employed seven staff members. Including this round (allotted in December 2025), Philanthrify raised a total of £201.3k across the 2025 calendar year. Formal documentation for this specific share issue was filed in June 2026.
