An estimated post-money valuation of £4.9m has been reached by PF Nexus Limited following a new funding injection. The London-based seed-stage firm, which operates in the web portals and software development sector, was founded in 2019 and secured approximately £55k in its latest round. This brings the total raised by the business throughout 2026 to £155k.
The company operates a private deal network and marketplace designed to facilitate infrastructure-related deals by connecting more than 8,500 investors, developers, and advisors. By providing a platform for project finance and asset valuation intelligence, the software assists the renewables value chain in raising capital for a multi-gigawatt pipeline of clean energy capacity. Users can filter verified participants by geography, technology, capital type, and ticket size to streamline the origination of solar and sustainability projects.
While the most recent accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025 listed a single employee, the company's LinkedIn profile currently indicates a headcount of 11 staff members. Formal documentation for the allotment was filed in September.
