Pendrake Technologies raises £5.1m seed round

An estimated £5.1m seed round has been raised by Pendrake Technologies Ltd, a London-based firm involved in business and domestic software development. The company also engages in data processing, hosting, and other related activities.

The startup is currently building its product in stealth mode. According to its LinkedIn profile, the company has zero employees and maintains its digital presence through the website pendrake.ai.

Incorporated in July, the business appointed Felix Osian Jackson and Edward Michael Knight as directors during that same month. Documentation for the share allotment and the allotment itself both occurred in August.
