Nubreed Hotels secures £147.4m for event accommodation platform

A valuation of £11.9b has been reached by Nubreed Hotels Ltd following a £147.4m funding round. Incorporated in 2019, the Leeds-based company operates in the travel agency activities sector with a focus on hotel accommodation management for the conferences, exhibitions, and events industry. Its platform offers bespoke booking portals alongside negotiated rates for event organizers, exhibitors, and attendees.

This capital injection follows a year in which the business secured a total of £2.9m throughout 2025. Aggregate funding for the 2026 calendar year is currently recorded at £1.2m. Documentation for the round was filed in May, which was the same month as the share allotment.

The service is designed to streamline the reservation process for large-scale corporate functions. Nubreed Hotels Ltd most recently filed financial accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025.
