Noticed Technology reaches £1.8m valuation following new investment

Secondary schools looking to identify and recover lost learning can utilize a software platform developed by Manchester-based Noticed Technology Ltd. This startup recently raised £90.1k in a funding round that places its post-money valuation at approximately £1.8m.

Incorporated in September 2025, the business provides tools for curriculum mapping, adaptive learning tasks, and progress tracking. These features facilitate automated analysis designed to provide whole-school absence intelligence, helping educators support students following periods of non-attendance.

The recent capital injection follows the appointment of Benjamin Austen as a director. LinkedIn data suggests Mr Austen, who has a background in development economics and political science, may be a Business Software Partner at BrightHR, though this connection is unverified. Documentation for the share allotment was filed and dated in August.
