London-based Nexusfm Ai Ltd has secured an estimated £140k in its latest funding round. The company operates within the business and domestic software development sector, providing what it describes as the world's first intelligent marketplace for facilities management. This platform is designed to function as a digital hub that connects service providers with clients to facilitate maintenance and operational support.

The startup was incorporated in September 2025 to address the complexities of sourcing and coordinating external contractors. This new capital brings the total investment raised by the entity during 2026 to £686.9k.

Based on the share allotment (August 2026), the business has reached an estimated post-money valuation of £3.2m. Documentation regarding the transaction was formally filed in the same month.
