Edinburgh biotechnology firm Morfogen secures £25k investment

Research into gene and RNA vectors, bioinformatics, and nanobiotechnology forms the core operations of Morfogen Ltd. The Edinburgh-based UK company, which is registered under number SC869635, also conducts experimental development within cell and tissue culture, engineering, and biology research.

The startup recently secured £25k through a new investment round. This capital injection places the estimated post-money valuation of the business at £168.5k.

Incorporated in November 2025, the firm focuses its technical processes on DNA/RNA research, the study of proteins and other molecules, and various process biotechnology techniques. Official documentation regarding the share allotment was filed in August 2026.
