An estimated £372.7m has been raised by Mccreadie Group Limited, a Shrewsbury-based business incorporated in May 2025. The firm, which carries the UK company registration number 16431754, operates as a holding company for interests in other entities.

This investment scope is defined by the exclusion of several specific industries, as the group does not hold interests in businesses involved in agricultural, production, construction, distribution, or financial services sectors.

Recent regulatory documentation reveals changes to the ownership structure following the capital injection. Hallstone Keep Ltd was notified as a person with significant control in September. This corporate entity maintains a stake consisting of between 25 and 50 percent of the shares and voting rights.
