Bedford-based Manda Uk Systems secures £1.5m for component and AI infrastructure services

An estimated £1.5m funding round has been secured by Manda Uk Systems Limited, a Bedford-based business that reached a post-money valuation of approximately £6m. Founded in April 2025, the company operates within the warehousing and storage sector.

The business provides electronic component procurement, shortage-resolution services, and IT asset disposal with integrated data-security management. It also offers artificial-intelligence infrastructure solutions, serving manufacturers, technology firms, and other organisations that require reliable sourcing and advanced IT support.

This latest injection brings the total capital raised by the firm in 2026 to £2.8m. Karin Huettl joined the board as a director in July. The company's most recent accounts were filed for the period ending 31 December 2025. This funding round was documented in filings made during September (with an allotment date also recorded in September).
