Bristol-based Lumenate Growth secures £542k for meditation hardware

A smartphone-based meditation platform and accompanying light-mask hardware developed by Lumenate Growth Ltd has received an estimated £542.1k in new funding. The Bristol-based company produces technology that uses precise flickering light sequences to entrain brainwaves, aiming to provide users with deeper relaxation, improved sleep, and altered states of consciousness.

Founded in 2019, the business targets consumers interested in mental wellbeing and subconscious exploration. This latest capital injection accounts for the majority of the £565.8k total funding raised by the firm during 2026.

The company, which operates within the electric lighting equipment manufacturing sector, reported having six employees in its latest accounts for the year ended 31 October 2024. Documentation for this specific investment was filed in August, following an allotment of shares that took place in July.
