London software developer Krayo Ai reaches £5.1m valuation

Krayo Ai Ltd, a London-based developer of software for both domestic and business use, has secured an estimated £258k in new funding.

This investment round values the entity at an estimated post-money valuation of £5.1m. The UK company is registered under number 17256022 and was first incorporated in June 2026.

The allotment of shares for the capital injection was finalized in August 2026. Formal documentation regarding the transaction was filed with Companies House during the same month.
