An investment of £402.4k has been raised by Kibur Holdings Limited. Headquartered in Hastings, the business functions as a holding company for a variety of interests not elsewhere classified. Its operations specifically exclude activities related to the financial services, distribution, construction, production, or agricultural industries.
The company was originally incorporated in May. Recent documentation shows the appointment of Christopher James King to the board of directors (August 2026). This coincided with a share allotment and the filing of formal paperwork later that same month.
Mr King has also been identified as a person with significant control over the entity. His stake in the business includes ownership of shares and voting rights ranging between 25% and 50%.
