London fintech Joynt Limited reaches £4m valuation following latest funding

An estimated post-money valuation of £4m has been reached by Joynt Limited following its latest capital injection. The London-based firm operates in the business and domestic software development sector, where it creates banking and financial services tools including mobile payment solutions and business process automation for fintech clients.

This most recent investment round is estimated at £40k. This latest round brings the funding secured during 2026 to £80k, which compares to the £55.5k total raised across the entirety of 2025.

Incorporated in 2024, the business reported a £125k loss for the financial year ending 30 September 2025. Formal documentation regarding the share issuance was filed in August, following an allotment that took place in June.
