Jem Hr Ltd secures £1.5m Series A for frontline worker platform

Frontline and deskless workers can access HR services via WhatsApp through a platform developed by Jem Hr Ltd, which has just raised an estimated £1.5m. This Series A investment follows a previous funding total of £4m recorded in 2025. The company is based in Bury St. Edmunds and focuses on digitizing operations such as payslip delivery and leave management.
Beyond administrative tasks, the software provides financial wellness tools including integrated savings and earned wage access. These features allow staff to withdraw pay as it is earned. The business was incorporated in 2022 to address the gap in digital HR tools for mobile workforces.
Financial records for the year ending 31 October 2024 show the firm employed one person at that time. Documentation for this latest capital injection was filed and allotted in June 2026.
