An estimated £7.7m has been raised by Ipv6 Cloud Ltd to support its operations in the data processing and hosting sector. This capital injection values the London-based company at approximately £12.9m.

The business provides information technology consultancy services and manages various web portals. Since its incorporation in July, the firm has also engaged in several related technical activities.

The funding round was finalized with a share allotment in September, and official documentation was filed later that same month. Philippe Simon Pflug was also appointed to the board as a director during this period. LinkedIn suggests Pflug may be a CPA and Partner at Plante and Moran, PLLC.
