An estimated post-money valuation of £2.1m has been set for Ignitely Innovations Ltd following its latest funding round. The firm, based in Aylesbury, specializes in business and domestic software development, which includes the writing, modification, testing, and support of applications, databases, and web pages.

Incorporated in April 2025, the company also designs and implements systems software for its clients. Its technical remit extends to other information technology service activities such as computer disaster recovery, data archiving, and backup solutions.

The latest capital injection of £30.5k represents the total funding raised by the business in 2026. During its first year of operation in 2025, the company secured £25k. Additional service offerings include the installation of personal computers and associated software packages. Documentation for this round was filed in June 2026 (with the allotment occurring in the same month).
