Horoz Logistics secures £590k to scale freight operations

An estimated £590k has been raised by Horoz Logistics Ltd in its latest funding round. This capital injection values the London-based provider of freight transport by road, warehousing, storage facilities, and cargo handling for land transport activities at approximately £2.3m on a post-money basis. The firm also provides other transportation support activities.

Incorporated in 2023, the startup operates with a team of three employees, according to financial accounts for the period ending 31 December 2025. Its services target businesses requiring logistics and transportation solutions. This funding round follows previous activity earlier in 2026, bringing the total capital raised by the business to £840k.

The new shares were allotted and formally filed in September.
