Historit secures £646k for classic car storage expansion

Managed storage for historic, classic, and modern motorcars and motorcycles is the core focus of Historit Limited, which has just raised £646.6k. Based in Bicester, the company provides climate-optimised facilities alongside maintenance services such as detailing, MOTs, and repairs.

This funding round results in an estimated post-money valuation of £33m. The business was incorporated in 2013 and reported a headcount of four staff members in its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025. LinkedIn data currently lists three employees at its headquarters on Buckingham Road and classifies the firm within the truck transportation industry.

Bicester Motion Limited was recently notified as a person with significant control (September 2026). This corporate shareholder maintains a stake of 75 to 100 percent in the company, alongside equivalent voting rights and the power to appoint or remove directors.
