An estimated £7m Series A funding round has been secured by Gridcog International Limited. Based in London, the B2B SaaS firm provides modeling software used to design, realize, and finance energy projects. This technology enables energy transition leaders, including large-scale asset developers and energy majors, to track complex initiatives involving assets such as batteries, solar installations, wind farms, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

The company was incorporated in 2023 to assist e-mobility companies and consultants. According to its latest accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025, the business recorded a headcount of one employee and operates within the professional, scientific, and technical activities sector.

Callaghan Stock was appointed as a director in July, the same month the round was allotted and filed. This investment represents the total capital raised by the entity during 2026.
