CNK Seed Fund I joins Gensyn cap table with 367,416 shares

Gensyn Limited, a London-based developer of decentralized machine learning compute protocols founded in 2020, has updated its cap table. The most significant change involves CNK Seed Fund I, L.P. joining as a major new shareholder with 367,416 Series A shares.

Several other investors joined the register during the period ending 12 May 2024. Canonical Crypto Fund I, L.P. and Tuva-Exploration-1, LLC both acquired 4,592 shares. Tuva-Exploration-1, LLC is also a shareholder in IVXS UK Limited. Additional new entrants include Peer VC, LP - C1 with 2,755 shares, M31 Capital Management, LLC with 1,837 shares, Yolo Fund I, LP with 459 shares, and Candle Investments LLC with 91 shares.

Existing investors also expanded their positions. CoinFund Ventures LP increased its holding by 77 percent, adding 9,185 Series A shares to reach a total of 21,119. Sigil PCC Limited (Zee Prime II Cell) increased its stake by 58 percent to 4,709 shares. Jsquare Group Limited and Bravestone Ventures LLC increased their holdings by 31 percent each, now holding 1,950 and 389 shares respectively.

The arrival of multiple new investors may signal a recent round. These shareholders join a cap table that includes Entrepreneur First (Global) L.P. with 104,572 shares, 7Percent Ventures II LP with 91,496 shares, and Counterview Venture Select Fund LP with 77,031 shares. Other existing holders include Eden Block Fund I LP with 74,589 shares and Galaxy Digital Ventures LLC with 29,835 shares.
