Published

An estimated £2.6m funding round has been completed by Gavin James Glover Holdings Limited. Based in Tamworth, the company reached an estimated post-money valuation of £8m following the investment.

The business was incorporated in May and operates within the sector for activities of other holding companies not elsewhere classified. Its primary function involves owning controlling levels of equity in a group of subsidiary corporations. This structure addresses the need for a centralised vehicle that functions without providing active management or additional services to the businesses under its umbrella.

The share allotment for this round occurred in August 2026 (with formal filings submitted in September 2026).
