The Leamington Spa-based company provides AI-driven fund data and document management solutions. These tools are designed to enhance data accuracy for users while ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained.
This latest investment brings the firm to an estimated post-money valuation of £3m. Incorporated in 2024, the business operates within the business and domestic software development sector. Financial records for the year ended 31 December 2025 show that the startup employed two people. Documentation for this funding round was filed and allotted during August 2026.
