A post-money valuation of £21.3m has been reached by Enigma Incorporated Ltd following a new £572.4k funding round. The London-based company, incorporated on 12 March 2020, provides a range of information technology services focused on data management and hardware support.

The firm specializes in data archiving and backup services alongside disaster recovery solutions. Its operational scope also includes the physical installation of personal computers, software, and peripheral equipment for its clients. According to the most recent financial filings, the company currently has one employee.

The latest share allotment occurred on 1 May 2026, with the documentation filed on 5 May 2026. This round follows a smaller investment of £60k in December 2025, which valued the company at £1.8m at that time.

Enigma Incorporated Ltd has seen its valuation change across previous funding cycles. In January 2024, the company raised £409.5k at a valuation of £19.3m. Prior to that, it secured £263.3k in March 2023 at a £1.4m valuation and £150k in February 2022 at a valuation of £545.5k.

The company service suite covers the technical requirements of IT infrastructure, from the initial setup of hardware to the implementation of software and long-term data security protocols. This latest injection of capital brings the total known funding raised by the business to approximately £1.45m since its inception.
