Dartford software firm Curamus Maxime secures £150k funding round

Dartford-based business and domestic software developer Curamus Maxime Ltd has reached an estimated £4.3m post-money valuation following an estimated £150k funding round.

The firm owns the CCD Platform, which serves as its primary technology asset and core product offering. This platform is currently managed and operated by its subsidiary, Chime Care Limited. Incorporation of the entity originally dates back to 2014.

Financial results for the fiscal year ended 28 February 2025 show the firm generated £2k in revenue. During this twelve month period, the company recorded a £198.5k loss.

This transaction constitutes the entirety of the funding raised by the company during the 2025 calendar year. The allotment of shares was completed in November 2025 (with formal documentation filed in June 2026).
