The startup provides an AI-driven transformation platform that observes existing workflows to execute tasks, including vendor onboarding and compliance reviews. Operating within the business and domestic software development sector, the technology utilizes machine learning to continually improve. The system is aimed at companies looking to unlock measurable cost savings and productivity gains for their operations.

Incorporated in February, the entity currently lists one employee on its LinkedIn profile. Documentation for the capital injection was filed in September (following a March allotment).
