An enterprise-grade AI consciousness platform developed by AthenaAI by AOR has attracted an estimated £580k in fresh funding. This round values the Norwich-based business at approximately £5.5m. The technology functions as a digital twin for organisations, utilizing a patent-pending memory architecture to transform fragmented ideas into coherent insights while automating task execution.
AthenaAI by AOR was incorporated in September 2025, the same month it appointed Pasihapaori Munetsi Chidziva, Ewan Okoth Markson-Brown, and Michael Stevens as directors. The firm targets business teams and professional sectors such as healthcare providers, delivering actionable data without requiring users to handle raw information.
LinkedIn data suggests Markson-Brown may be a Global and EM/Asia ex-Japan Growth Equity Portfolio Manager and strategic investor. Stevens is possibly a Chief Revenue Officer and eCommerce growth specialist with previous experience at Adobe and THG, focusing on AI strategy and development. Documentation for the round was filed in September, with the share allotment dated October 2025.
