An estimated £795.1k has been raised by Antrim Road Energy Limited in its latest funding round. Based in Craigavon, the company was incorporated in March 2025 to focus on the trade of electricity, including acting as a power agent and broker. The firm also engages in direct sales of supply to users.

Keegan Investment Group Limited was notified as a person with significant control in September following the capital injection. This corporate entity holds between 25 and 50 percent of the shares and voting rights in the business. James Gibbons joined the board as a director at the same time. LinkedIn data suggests he may be a strategic growth partner with experience in high-intent lead generation and CRM consultancy. The formal documentation was filed during the same month, which also served as the period of allotment.
