Alfa Technology Recruitment secures £286k for AI-driven hiring platform

Employers in the technology and IT sectors are the target market for an AI-powered recruitment platform developed by Alfa Technology Recruitment Ltd. The London-based company, which was incorporated in 2022, has secured an estimated £286k in its most recent funding round.

The platform automates several stages of the search process, including candidate sourcing, video screening, and CV review and evaluation. By integrating with existing applicant-tracking systems, the software aims to accelerate the assessment of potential applicants and improve the efficiency of corporate talent pipelines.

This latest investment follows a period of higher capital intake in 2025, during which the firm raised a total of £576.1k. According to the company's latest accounts for the year ended 31 July 2025, the business reported a headcount of one employee. Documentation for this current round was filed in August 2026 (with an allotment date in the same month).
