An estimated £22.3m has been raised by London-based Adaptive Group Technology Limited (company #15003898) in a Series A funding round. Incorporated in 2023, the firm operates as a holding company for interests in the IT services and consulting sector.
Latest financial accounts for the year ending 30 June 2025 show the company generated £42m in revenue and a profit of £2.9m. While its LinkedIn profile lists a headcount of 15 staff, the latest statutory filings report a total of 271 employees. The group maintains a digital presence at adaptivetechnology.com.au.
Matthew Evans-Young was appointed as a director in August, the same month the shares for this round were allotted. LinkedIn suggests he is possibly a founding partner at Hypha Private Equity. Formal documentation for the investment was filed in September.
